a. Domestic Orders (India):
i. All domestic orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the receipt of your order.
ii. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 10-12 business days. However, for locations in the interiors or difficult coverage areas, delivery may take between 15-20 working days.

b. International Orders:
i. At present, we do not provide shipping services to international destinations. Shipping to international locations will be initiated soon, and the shipping charges for international orders will be updated accordingly.

Delivery Process:

a. Goods will be shipped from our warehouse by reputed logistic agencies.
b. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unable to be present to sign for your delivery, you can suggest an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. However, we cannot assume responsibility for goods that are signed for by an alternative person.
c. Please inspect the delivered goods upon receipt. Once the delivery is complete, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur thereafter.

Complaints and Resolution:

Shipping Charges:

a. For India Orders:
We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. There are no additional charges for shipping.
b. For International Orders:
We currently do not provide shipping services to international destinations. Shipping charges for international orders will be updated once we initiate international shipping.
