However, we do offer full replacements for products that may have been damaged during transit. To initiate the replacement process, our customer care team will verify the damage through email or phone communication. It is important to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please be aware that returns, refunds or replacements will not be processed in the following cases:

However, Cancellation will be considered at the sole discretion of the Company on a case-to-case basis. In general, we will provide full cooperation for all cancellations if the reasons are genuine.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please send us an email at orders@zyog.in. To initiate the process of returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, the name of the product and the reason for returning the goods.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to the original payment source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 10-14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Additionally, we can also provide the hassle-free option of a refund through ZYOG store coupons, which can be used during future purchases on our website within the set limited time frame.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, such orders could be canceled at Company’s discretion.
